With almost a decade of real estate industry experience and after millions in sales volume, Jose Perdomo exemplifies a highly sophisticated, new kind of broker whose consultative and discreet approach brings timely insights and expertise to his sellers, buyers, and developers based nationally and internationally.
After working for a local real estate investment company and a prominent boutique real estate agency, he decided to open his own real estate firm to provide a more personalized and well rounded service to his clients. Over the time he spent working on the luxury real estate market in Puerto Rico, Jose has mastered the art of navigating his clients through all kinds of market conditions with the ultimate aim of achieving their very personal real estate goals. Having worked closely with investors and contractors in Puerto Rico, he provides brokerage and consultative services combined with the experience of marketing and selling many properties in Puerto Rico's real estate market.
His remarkable ethics, negotiating ability, digital marketing strategies, excellent customer service, honesty & dedication to his clients needs plus he's extensive knowledge of the metropolitan region are just a few of the many reasons that has earned him in a short period of time the respect of his peers and a reputation as one of San Juan’s premier brokers.
